Fairbanks Potters Guild

Fairbanks, Alaska

Our Goal: The Fairbanks Potters Guild is a not for profit organization which promotes the craft and art of ceramics in the state of Alaska.  We do this by providing numerous opportunities for folks to learn more about ceramics through various guild activities. Newcomers are always welcome!

Our Logo: The Guild logo consists of the three letters FPG stylistically arranged as a ceramic jar. We currently offer Guild aprons (pictured below) and plan to offer some other items such as caps and shirts in the future.

Guild  meetings are held the first week of each month - usually on Monday.  We typically have a  potluck and discuss future plans.  Frequently one of the members will demonstrate a new technique, bring a video of a recent trip or tell about a new publication.  Guild members also host parties from time to time that focus on fun, food and firing.  Check out some of our past events in the Activities section of our site.
